Perjury charge

A Paola man was yesterday charged with two counts of perjury. Noel Pace, 29, pleaded not guilty to perjury on November 28, 2000 and September 23, 2002. Police Inspector Raymond D'anastas prosecuted. Dr Franco Debono appeared for Pace.
