What is the best part of your job?
"Working at KSU is really hectic, people are always coming in and out of the office. I would say the best part of working at KSU is making students' life easier simply by helping them as efficiently as possible.
"My personal favourite part of the job is watching the executive members change from one day to another.
"Those who make KSU a priority gain knowledge, experience and satisfaction. The others, who just do it for fun, miss out on a once in a lifetime opportunity."
What is the worst part of your job?
"That I can't do it full-time! I never feel like I'm doing enough... I go home and I think I should have done this today, or I need to do that tomorrow.
"When an executive board's term is over, I hate to let them go, especially the really hard-working ones who you know gave their heart and soul to KSU."
What is the biggest difference you see from one executive board to another?
"I've been working at KSU for four years now and though each executive board is different, the enthusiasm is never lacking. Though these students have other commitments, including their studies, their motivation is admirable.
"Each team has its unique qualities and the main differences are evident in the way they tackle current issues and the importance they give to the continuity of KSU. When a student is elected as a KSU representative his/her term may be for a year, but KSU does not end when this term is over."
