Peru missionary's thanks

I wish to express my deepest appreciation for the kind donations for the poor and handicapped children in my parish, which I have been reciving from Maltese benefactors during the 36 years I have been in Peru. I am very grateful to them on behalf of the many children who live in povery and disadvantaged situations.

Thanks to Maltese generosity, so many of them are now having regular daily meals, and receiving the necessary health care. They also have decent clothes to wear. The most important thing is that since they are now studying on a full-time basis, they can look to the future with hope.

The impact of all this on the lives of so many young ones is very great indeed. And I can assure you that these children have benefited immensely through this generosity.

It will be greatly appreciated if you can keep these children, especially the handicapped ones, in your hearts. Thank you for your ongoing consideration and thoughtfulness.
