The Women in Technology (WIT) group at CERN have started organising a yearly photo session to increase the number of portraits of CERN women in their working environment, in an effort to inspire and attract current and future generations. This photo is part of the 2020 photo session, showing two special collimators that are 40% smaller than usual, ready to be installed in the LHC.
