The three Pink-alli weight loss programme candidates, Duncan Sant, Antoine Grima and Agnes Falzon, managed to lose 27kg collectively over a period of three months.

The programme took a holistic approach to weight loss and was designed to suit the candidates' needs and lifestyles in order to effectively manage a healthy and steady weight loss.

Duncan Sant (32, bank manager) said he is very happy with the 13kg he managed to lose with the Pink-alli programme.

"I feel healthy, strong, fit and full of energy!" He urged those who would like to lose weight to "be open to changes and to adapt to a new way of living".

Agnes Falzon (51, housewife and catering student) echoed Duncan's thoughts and said, "I lost 4kg and went down a dress size! I was very happy to realise that I can finally lose weight in an effective and healthy manner. The professionals involved in the alli programme were very  helpful and encouraging at all times. Now my clothes fit better, my breathing has improved and I feel healthier."

Antoine Grima (48, self-employed) lost 10kg in a matter of weeks. He now eats little and often,  controls his portions and exercises daily.

"The alli tablets help speed things up and they keep me aware of my final goal. I am now much healthier; my cholesterol levels and blood pressure are back to normal and my knees and legs don't ache any more."
