The Labour Party and the Nationalist Party have launched rival websites as the legislature enters its fifth and final year.
The PN website, called mychoice.pn is aimed at keeping the party and the people in constant contact, the PN said.
Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi said the government and the party would continue to give weight to the people's opinions, hence the importance of the website.
"The MyChoice.PN website is the new and improved means for everyone to make their voices heard, and the PN will strive to make everyone's opinion matter."
The PL website, called gonzi.pn was launched on Thursday and has been described by the party as a commemorative calendar charting the government's failures and how the government's decisions affected businesses and families.
The website includes sections for contributions by the public.
