The police are on the lookout for three men who this morning were in a car which hit a 33-year-old man from Sliema in Dragonara Road, St Julian’s, grievously injuring him.

The men, the police said, were riding in a white Fiat Punto which hit the man. They abandoned the car and ran off after hitting the victim.

The police believe the men were likely foreigners and dark skinned.

The y said they still trying to establish who the abandoned car belongs to.
