Police sergeant Malcolm Mifsud, who was injured in a road accident on Thursday, is no longer in intensive care. Justice Minister Carmelo Mifsud Bonnici yesterday visited the traffic policeman at Mater Dei Hospital. The police sergeant crashed into a lamp-post after his service motorcycle skidded in Great Siege Street, Floriana. He was thrown off the bike on impact.
