The programmes, co-ordinated by Dr Vicki Ann Cremona, discuss directors such as Piscator, Augusto Boal, Meyerhold and Brecht. Topics include theatre of the Absurd, existentialism, Brechtian and Marxist ideology, the living theatre, anarchy and the idea of revolution in America, Dario Fo and communist politics, Theatre of the Oppressed and political theatre in Malta.
