Poor bus service

I recently had to make use of the public bus service and regret to advise that besides all the money invested in these new buses, which were partially subsidised by our money, the service is still bad.

I witnessed some rude, unshaven drivers, wearing their dirty green shirts, smoking in their own bus and approaching people in a very impolite manner. None of the air-conditioned buses switch on the cooling units in the summer heat.

Furthermore, hygiene in most of the buses I travelled on did not exist. Some of the old ones are still equipped with a half-cut floor brush under the passenger's seat - in fact you can feel the bristles with your feet!

To add insult to injury, the government has raised the bus fares for this weak and poor service.

Unbelievable! Will the Transport Minister, after having his summer break, investigate this matter with urgency and take some disciplinary measures?
