Poor service

For several months I have been the victim of many shortcomings by Maltapost staff.

My family letters and mail items are reaching other destinations, such as my neighbours' homes. The address on the envelope is always right though. It happened too that letters that are not meant to be folded are folded in two before being posted in the letter box! Also, letters with a different address are posted in my letter box and I have sometimes found mail left on the ground.

I have to state that there are certain workers at Maltapost's Pietà branch who have no idea what they are doing. I spoke several times to the person in charge and things remained the same!

I urge Maltapost management to take action as soon as possible.
