I received a letter from both the consumer and the trader involved in this case. The first letter was from the consumer:
Referring to my letter dated January 26, I am writing to inform you that the case is closed and UCIM Co. Ltd. will be waiving the remaining charges.
Enclosed with this letter is a copy of the letter sent by the general manager of UCIM Co. Ltd, for your perusal.
I thank you for your time and dedication. (George Montebello)
Here is the letter from Fiat:
We refer to your note requesting our comments on the letter sent to you by Mr Montebello and attach our reply, sent directly to Mr Montebello, which we feel is self-explanatory, for your consideration.
Since we have met the customer's request, as stipulated in his letter, we consider the case closed. (Vincent Sladden, UCIM Co. Ltd)
While thanking Mr Sladden for his co-operation, wouldn't it be nice if all traders deal with cases like UCIM Co. Ltd?
