Allow me to express my gratitude to all the staff of the public library for a well-organised library.

I was very much impressed first of all by the set-up of the library itself and the courteous attitude of people at the front desk.

They answered all my queries and above all discovered a wonderful array of services including those targeted for people with special needs.

No wonder this entity was the first government department (as they told me) to run a quality service charter!
