Following my letter titled A Disappointing Public Library, I would like to thank Philip Borg, Director of Public Libraries, for his prompt intervention.

My complaints were immediately seen to and remedied in no time.

I never mentioned the good points of the National Public Library - and there are many - as I only wanted to pinpoint what bothered me then. However, all's well that ends well!
