The Society of Radiographers will be holding the first radiography week between November 4 and 8.

During the week, the society will be holding a number of events to mark the discovery of X-rays and provide an opportunity for continuous education.

The events include a three-day course in CPR at the Institute of Health Care on November 4, 5 and 6 from 2.30 to 4.30 p.m. and an academic meeting in which radiographers present their research at the Corinthia San Gorg Hotel on November 8 at 9 a.m.

Guest speakers from the UK will also address radiographers attending the meeting to be held on November 8.

The society is holding its annual general meeting at the Corinthia Marina Hotel, St George's on November 7 at 6 p.m.

The radiography week is being organised with the help of the Institute of Health Care.
