The Ministry of Energy and Health has published the full text of the Inquiry Report by Judge Philip Sciberras into inferior quality concrete at Mater Dei Hospital.

It also published Volume Two of the report by Arup consultants, on the quality of the concrete in the hospital's Emergency Department.

The Opposition requested publication of the full Arup report, but minister Konrad Mizzi said parts of the hospital were still being examined and the report had not been concluded yet.
