REMAX Malta celebrates the opening of new St Julian’s franchise
Inauguration event brought together key figures from across the REMAX Malta network
REMAX Malta has proudly announced the inauguration of its newest franchise, REMAX Prime, strategically located in the heart of St Julian’s. The newly refurbished office, led by franchise owner Jenny Yang, will deliver comprehensive real estate services across the Maltese Islands.
Jenny joined REMAX Malta in late 2025 and officially inaugurated REMAX Prime on the 19th February 2026, marking an important milestone in her professional journey and strengthening her presence within Malta’s leading real estate network.
With five years of experience in the real estate industry, Jenny brings significant expertise to her new venture. She has built a strong reputation for specialising in premium and luxury properties, particularly within Malta’s Special Designated Areas, assisting both local and international clients in navigating complex transactions with confidence and discretion.
Fully qualified and accredited with ACCA, Jenny previously worked in the financial sector, where she developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, strategic planning and regulatory compliance. Her financial background complements her real estate career, enabling her to adopt a structured, analytical and results-driven approach to property transactions. She is also highly focused on business development, continuously striving to build sustainable client relationships and expand opportunities within the luxury segment.
The inauguration event brought together key figures from across the REMAX Malta network. Chairman Kevin Buttigieg and CEO Sam Zammit attended alongside franchise owners, managers and associates to mark the occasion.
Guests were welcomed into the newly refurbished office space and treated to a wine tasting featuring a typical Calabrian wine, with the label specially designed by artist Giuseppe Barilaro. The evening also included a live painting performance by Barilaro, creating a distinctive and refined artistic atmosphere. The event was organised in collaboration with Exo Art and Ottavio Porto, adding a unique cultural element to the celebration.
