The Joint Cottonera Committee is urging the government to build a car park in Cospicua as soon as possible.

It was reacting to numerous complaints from residents and shopkeepers about the lack of parking space in Cottonera.

Labour MP Chris Agius said the government's failure to address this problem has meant continuous inconvenience for businesses and was creating difficulties for the people of Cottonera.
