This paper reported Alfred Sant stating that the fact that Labour Party companies are not sending their accounts to the competent authorities is an internal party affair. Meaning, the public has no right to interfere.

Well no, not really. We, the public, have a right to know why the leader and his party, who aspire to become the Prime Minister and government of tomorrow, are deliberately flouting this rule.

Is Dr Sant telling John Citizen that if in government he and his party would turn a blind eye to law breaking by John Citizen? Or is it an umpteenth example of Labour Party arrogance?
