The road from the Skate Park to Msida will close overnight on Friday

Infrastructure Malta is closing the road to install boundary wall panels along the road

The main road from the Msida Skate Park to the valley where the new flyover has been built will be closed on Friday night. 

In a statement, Infrastructure Malta said the lane going down from Tal-Qroqq to Msida, Triq Mikiel Anton Vassalli, will be closed from 8pm on Friday to 5am on Saturday. 

The road is being closed to install boundary wall panels along the road. 

“Plan ahead and use an alternative route via Regional Road, Msida," motorists were urged.

The Msida junction project is the largest infrastructure project currently underway in Malta. 

Earlier this year, Infrastructure Malta opened the flyover in the Msida valley. 

The project is expected to be ready by the end of this year.
