Given the Prime Minister's recent declaration in favour of a roofless theatre, may I suggest that Renzo Piano's brief be further modified so that we may also have a roofless Parliament? This should give even more added value to the country (whatever that might mean) and also make it easier for the Prime Minister's growing band of insurgent MPs to blow off their top.
