Round Table (Malta) 1 donates Lm5,000 to MCCF

This year Round Table (Malta) 1 again kept it's annual appointment with the President of Malta, Dr Eddie Fenech Adami, to present a donation to the Malta Community Chest Fund.

During Round Table (Malta) 1's courtesy visit, which this year coincided with the start to MCCF's Milied Fliemkien fund-raising campaign, chairman Stephen Ganado presented President Fenech Adami with a donation of Lm5,000 for the MCCF. Also present were various council members from Round Table (Malta) 1.

The MCCF, which is administered by the President of Malta, will distribute all funds collected during the Milied Fliemkien campaign to various charities and voluntary organisations throughout Malta and Gozo.

Round Table (Malta) 1 is young man's service organisation, which forms part of the Association of Round Tables Malta, and through their umbrella association is a member of Round Table International and the World Council of Service Clubs.
