The Russia frigate Yaroslav Mudry has berthed in Grand Harbour for a visit of a few days.

The vessel forms part of a Russian task force recently deployed to the Mediterranean by Russia. It is headed by the cruiser Moskva.

Vessels from the task force will also visit Greece, Cyprus and other countries before conducting an exercise off the Syrian coast.
