This is a photo of the road leading from Madliena to Għargħur where a permit has been given to build semi-detached villas, robbing Malta of a beautiful view.

With this I refer to George Pullicino's article A New Face For Qui-Si-Sana (March 29), where he states he feels vindicated by the European Commission's ruling on the extensions of the building boundaries in 2006.

Does he feel vindicated that he is part of a process that is continually robbing Maltese people not only of beautiful areas, such as the one in the photograph, but of typical Maltese countryside? Does he feel vindicated that he is part of a process that is constantly sacrificing Malta to the developer?
