Salvo Grima (Freeport Operations) Ltd has been appointed logistics partner for JAG flocomponents, North America's largest manufacturer of pipeline valves, which has just announced the establishment at the Malta Freeport of its third major valve distribution facility. The facility will serve customers in the oil and gas sectors in Europe, Central Asia and Africa. Among the reasons cited by JAG flocomponents for choosing Malta were the country's favourable tax regime and EU membership.
