The owner of the kiosk at San Blas Bay in Gozo is expected to be charged with illegally removing a number of large rocks from the scenic beach. The rocks were removed in the middle of August, after a clean-up operation was carried out by the Gozo Ministry at his request.

Investigations are still being carried out to determine what happened to the rocks. The kiosk owner is denying any involvement.
