SCJ Children’s Choir to present annual concert

Finnish conductor Sanna Valvanne to direct concert after two-day singing camp

Schola Cantorum Jubilate is holding the annual end-of-year concert by SCJ Children’s Choir on July 12. Titled present Ċama Ċama, the concert will be directed by internationally acclaimed Finnish conductor Sanna Valvanne following an intensive two-day singing camp with the choir.

The show’s title is inspired by a traditional Maltese game often played on rocky beaches, where participants call out names before diving into the sea. The game evokes a spirit of adventure, courage and joyful discovery – the qualities that are at the heart of this year’s musical journey.
