A delegation from the Scout Association paid a courtesy visit to Gozo Bishop Mario Grech at the Curia in Victoria.

The delegation was made up of chief scout Kenneth DeMartino, chief commissioner Leslie Bonnici, honorary general secretary Robert Gonzi, the Archbishop's delegate to the Scout Association Fr Anton Briffa, OFM Cap, and district commissioner for Gozo Lorrie Saliba.

The importance of the aims, principles and the non-formal education aspect of scouting in our society and the challenges faced by Maltese youths were discussed during the meeting.

At the end of the meeting, Mgr Grech was presented with a memento.
