The Armed Forces of Malta's maritime squadron held a gunnery training exercise at sea from onboard patrol boats P-51 and P-23.

The aim of such training was to increase the soldiers' familiarity with their patrol craft's armament and to acquaint them with firing in awkward or difficult sea conditions, the army said.
