Go mobile's smart SIM has added features, including the possibility of sending and receiving e-mails via your mobile phone, and topping up your Ready to Go account via debit/ credit card.
The new smartSIM, launched last week, includes also an enhanced information service with new items, such as MIA flight information, bus routes and Sunday Mass schedule (apart from standard services, such as Sports, News, Business, Lotto, Local Info and time-tables).
With smart SIM users can customise the list of available services and applications by downloading or removing services on the SIM.
This is facilitated through smart SIM manager, accessible via My Go (www.go.com. mt/mygo) or by calling 147, the tool that enables you to personalise your smart SIM services profile.
Smart SIM has also improved SIM card storage facilities with up to 250 phonebook entries (apart from your mobile phone's storage capacity) and up to 25 saved messages (apart from storage capacity on your mobile phone).
Mobile e-mail gives access to up to three different mail boxes and includes an e-mail notification service.
Go Mobile users can upgrade to smart SIM for Lm5 from all Go Mobile retail outlets and Go Mobile's Customer Care centre in Marsa. Please present your current SIM card and ID card when upgrading your SIM card.
