A 67-year-old man from Qormi suffered serious injuries yesterday during a family argument.

The argument took place in San Bastjan Street, Qormi, at around 3.30 p.m. A cutting instrument was found on the scene of the argument, the police said. The man was taken to St Luke's Hospital in an ambulance along with another person who was injured in the argument and who is helping the police in its investigations.
