New personalised web portal to be rolled out for Servizz.gov
Servizz.gov has released a three-year strategy
A new personalised web portal and regular focus groups are among the measures to feature in a three-year strategy for the Servizz.gov service.
In a statement Thursday morning, the Servizz.gov said its “Services. Closer to you.” strategy was aimed at enhancing the delivery of services and bringing those services closer to the public.
The statement outlined 10 “concrete initiatives”: Outreach and inclusiveness for clients unable to access the service are set to be expanded, and a new web portal with a personalised user experience will be released.
Improvements in the service and improved stakeholder involvement and service quality will be driven by data-driven research, strategic forums and an “omnichannel” approach.
Regional centres are set to be modernised, while the service will see “strategic master planning” and improvements in governance and quality. “People empowerment” also features as one of the initiatives.
Principal Permanent Secretary Tony Sultana said this strategy would drive modernisation and improvements.
Servizz.gov CEO Massimo Vella said the new service would use artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies to deliver more personalised, people-centred services.
The servizz.gov.mt website provides access and information on various government services.
