Martial arts champion and actor Silvio Simac will be the special guest at a seminar to be held at the Qawra Palace Hotel between December 9 and 11.

The seminar, organised by Adrian Axisa, is expected to attract a record participation with most of the martial arts clubs established locally likely to attend.

Simac, of Croatia, will be teaching techniques in screen fighting, self-defence and dynamic kicking among others. He is a former European and world champion in Taekwondo besides figuring in various TV shows, commercials and movies.

His work has taken him to all corners of the globe and given him the opportunity to perform alongside stars like Lennox Lewis, Bob Hoskins and Jet Li.
