A single new case of COVID-19 was reported on Tuesday after Malta celebrated having no new cases on Monday.

The health authorities said 1,432 swab tests were made over the past 24 hours.

Three patients recovered and the number of active cases went down to 70.

The number of vaccination jabs increased to 558,320 with 238,807 people now fully vaccinated.
