Obituary

DEMARCO. On June 22, at St James Residential Home, Sliema, OLGA, aged 95, passed peacefully away, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her sister-in-law May, her nephews Alfred, Anthony and David, her nieces Victoria Gingell, Theresa Schinas and Alexandra Callaby Floridia, their respective spouses, other relatives and friends. - R.I.P. The funeral leaves St James Hospital today at 2.15 p.m. for Balzan parish church where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2.45 p.m., followed by interment at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.

Prayer Meeting

Being the 23rd anniversary of the apparition of the Blessed Virgin Mary at Medjugorje, the monthly prayer meeting is due on June 25 at 6 p.m. at St Joseph Institute, Sta Venera, followed by rosary and the celebration of Mass.

Da Rosi Restaurant

Da Rosi Restaurant, St Paul's Bay, would like to inform their esteemed clientele that during the summer months, as from Sunday, June 27, the restaurant will be closed every Sunday and will be open for dinner only from Monday to Saturday, until further notice. The management regrets any inconvenience caused.

Anniversary Pilgrimage

The centenary commission of the collegiate of Cospicua will be holding a pilgrimage on Friday to mark the 99th anniversary of the coronation of the image of the Blessed Virgin on the titular picture. Mass will be said at 6.30 p.m. at the Immaculate Conception parish church followed by the pilgrimage.

Summer Closure

The sub-post office at Globe Stationery, 16A Main Street, Attard, will be closed between June 30-July 2, both days inclusive.

Post-natal support
