ELLUL. Suddenly, on April 18, at St Vincent de Paul residence, EDWARD (ex-primary school headmaster), aged 84. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Catherine, his children Joseph and his wife Louise, Tanya and her husband Michele D'Amore, his grandchildren Fiorentina, Veronica, Andrea, Christopher and Francesca, his brothers and sisters, relatives and friends. The funeral leaves St Vincent de Paul today for the Addolorata Cemetery chapel, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 3 p.m. followed by interment in the family vault. No flowers by request but donations to St Claire's Monastery, St Julians, will be appreciated. Merciful Lord take him into your care.

The next ecumenical dialogue meeting organised by the Malta Ecumenical Council will be held at St James church, Valletta on Thursday at 6.30 p.m.

The theme of this meeting is Life After Death.

The articles are a chronicle of the events as aired in his opinion column in It-Torca.
