Obituary

BUSUTTIL. On September 26 at Holy Family Home, Naxxar, ANGELO, of Birkirkara, aged 84, passed peacefully away, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his nephews and nieces, Fr Carmel Busuttil, Pauline and her husband Joe, Joe and his wife Liliana and George and his wife Joan, their children, other relatives and many friends at the Holy Family Home and St Joseph the Worker parish, Birkirkara.
The funeral leaves Holy Family Home today at 2 p.m. for St Joseph the Worker parish church, Birkirkara, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2.30 p.m. followed by interment in the family grave at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Dar tal-Providenza, Siggiewi will be appreciated.
Lord, grant him eternal rest.

BRIFFA. On September 26, at St Luke's Hospital, MARIO, Prefect of Studies, St Aloysius College, went to meet the Lord comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Grace, née Huber, his son Mark and his girlfriend Martine Zammit, his daughters Kristina and her fiancé Timothy Cachia, and Sara, his brothers John and wife Josette, Fr Silvio, and Oliver and Anne, his in-laws Joe and Vivian Huber, Godfrey and Johann Huber, Helen and Stephan Cisar, nephews, nieces, colleagues, the Jesuit Community, other relatives and friends.
The funeral leaves St Luke's hospital on Monday, September 29, at 9 a.m. for St Theresa church, Birkirkara, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 9.30 a.m., followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Dar tal Providenza and the Jesuit Refugee Service will be appreciated. The family regret they are unable to receive visitors.
May he rest in peace.

DESIRA. On September 26, at St Luke's Hospital, MARY, aged 97, living with her daughter in Fgura. Mourning her sudden passing away are her daughter Violet and her husband Louis Parnis, Terry and her husband Vincent Tonna, her sons Joe and his wife Giusa, Albert and his wife Bernadette, Frank and his wife Carmen of Melbourne, and Arthur and his wife Therese of Perth, Australia, her sister Gina and her husband Anthony Montebello, related families, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, friends and neighbours.
The funeral leaves St Luke's Hospital on Tuesday, September 30 at 8 a.m. for Our Lady of Mount Carmel parish church, Fgura, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 8.30 a.m., followed by interment at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. May the Lord grant her eternal rest.

Meeting For Parents
