Mr PATRICK BORG HEDLEY and Miss GRETA MANGION
The marriage took place on Saturday, September 13 at Ta' l-Ibrag parish church, between PATRICK, son of Mr and Mrs Noel Borg Hedley of Gzira and GRETA, daughter of Mr and Mrs Ronald Mangion of Kappara. Nuptial Mass was celebrated by Fr Stefan Attard, BA,.S.Th.L. The ceremony was witnessed by Mr Charles Gatt, ACIB, and Mr Edward Mangion. Miss Erica Cauchi and Miss Erica Borg were bridesmaids, while Andrew Borg Hedley was pageboy. Mr Mark Borg Hedley, Mr David Borg Hedley, Master Luke Borg Hedley, Mr Simon Cutajar and Mr Nikolai Sant were ushers. A reception was later held at the Westin Dragonara Reef Club. The couple are spending their honeymoon in California and the Hawaiian Islands.

The marriage took place on Saturday, September 13, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel parish church, Fgura, between MARK, son of Alfred and Susan Lombardo and MARGARET, daughter of Tanya and the late Joseph Xuereb. Nuptial Mass was celebrated by Fr Joe Saliba, O.Carm. The ceremony was witnessed by Parliamentary Secretary the Hon. Dr Carmelo Mifsud Bonnici and Mr Joe Germani. The groom's brother, Mr Jason Lombardo carried our the duties of best man. The bride was assisted by the groom's sister, Maria and the groom's nieces, Rachel and Shanice Lombardo. Elise Lombardo was flower-girl, while Matthew Xuereb, the bride's nephew was page-boy. A reception was later held at Villa Madama, Balzan. The couple are spending their honeymoon cruising the Caribbean.

OBITUARY

CALLUS. On September 16, at her residence in Birkirkara, Catherine, aged 68, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband Anthony, her children Lino, John and Ruth and her husband Andrew, and her granchilden Gianluca and Melena. - R.I.P.

She leaves to mourn her loss her loving husband Tony, her children Mary and her husband Edwin Farrugia, Dorothy and her husband Frankie Formosa, Anna and her husband Paul Carabott, Rita and her husband Gorg Zammit, Tony and his wife Doris, Joseph and his wife Susan, her beloved 15 grandchildren and their fiancés, her only great-grandson Max, her brother Joe and his wife Mars, and Victor who lives in Australia, her sister Tereza and her husband Salvu, who live in the UK, relatives and friends. - R.I.P.
