Obituary
SERGE. On February 26, at St Luke's Hospital, ALEXANDER, aged 78, passed peacefully away, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his beloved wife Lilian née Borg Cardona, his children Joe and his wife Sandra, Ingrid and her husband Antony Ratcliffe, his grandchildren Mark, David and Louisa, his brother Joe and his wife Vanna, in-laws, nephews, nieces, besides other relatives and friends.
The funeral leaves St Luke's Hospital today at 9 a.m. for Sacro Cuor parish church, Sliema, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 9.30 a.m., followed by interment at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to the boys at St Patrick's Residential School, Sliema will be appreciated. May the Lord grant him eternal rest.
SULTANA. On February 27, at St Luke's Hospital, CATHERINE sive Kitty née Pons, widow of Robert, of Sliema, residing at Gzira, aged 85, passed peacefully away. She leaves to mourn her loss her brothers and sisters Robert Pons, widower of Evelyn, Mary and her husband Pascal Zammit of Australia, Tony Pons and his wife Cathie of USA, Meta Pons, widow of Caesar of Canada, June Pons, widow of Henry of Australia, Charlie Pons and his wife Stella, her sister Doris Pons, her in-laws Rita Sultana, Tony Sultana and his wife Connie, John Sultana and his wife Lina, Julia, widow of Charles Sultana, Albert Fenech, widower of Doris Sultana, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. - R.I.P.

He leaves to mourn his great loss his beloved wife Violet née Mifsud, his children Joe and his wife Mary, Jane and her husband Robert Balani, Maryrose and her husband Charles Sammut, Paul and his wife Maryrose, his sister Cettina and his brother Emmanuel, his grandchildren Kristin and her husband Etienne Ciantar, Nicolette, Justine, Gillian, Neil, Keith, Florentyna and Terrell, relatives and friends.
The funeral leaves St Luke's Hospital today at 2 p.m. for St Francis church, Hamrun, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2.30 p.m., followed by interment at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Support Groups
The Malta Gay Rights Movement is offering two support groups free of charge, one for people who are experiencing difficulties in coming to terms with being gay, the other for parents of gay children.
The support group meetings led by a professional psychologist will be held on a weekly basis. Each group will include no more than 12 participants.

Anthem Anniversary
Floriana council is commemorating the 80th anniversary since the Maltese anthem was first played, by organising a ceremony in Robert Samut Square in Floriana tomorrow at 10 a.m.
Closed To Traffic
