Malta's ambassador to Spain, Gaetan Naudi, discussed bilateral relations with King Juan Carlos after presenting his credentials in Madrid.

Mr Naudi also extended an invitation to the King on behalf of the President to visit Malta.

They also discused the forthcoming meeting to mark the 10th anniversary of the Barcelona process, and the Commonwealth summit being held in Malta next year.
