Only a few days since the newly graded Telgha t'Alla u Ommu has finally been given its top layer of tarmac, some irresponsible ready-mix type truck operator christened the hill with a mound of fresh concrete that obviously poured out of an overflowing truck.
This is exactly what had messed up this road prior to its re-engineering. These types of trucks should simply be banned from taking this route due to the steep gradient they have to tackle, with the inevitable result of spilling fresh concrete over the otherwise impeccable surface.
