The Institute of Maltese Journalists has again found the support of Michele Peresso Group of Companies which, for the second year is sponsoring the Sports Journalism category in the annual Malta Journalism Awards.

Speaking at the presentation of the sponsorship by Michael Peresso Jr, director of the company, IMJ chairman Malcolm J. Naudi said it was a natural choice for the leading local company in the field of sports equipment and sportswear to sponsor the sports journalism category in the Malta Journalism Awards, which comprise eight categories.

Apart from the Sports Journalism category, the firm also offers vouchers to the winners of all eight categories in the Malta Journalism Awards.

The winners of the awards will be announced in a ceremony on November 1.
