Last week, the Malta Union Club hosted a Junior Squash Camp. Children between five and 13 took part in two days of fun, training and playing.
Under the watchful eye of national coach Paul Lake, participants went through a variety of exercises, ranging from basic co-ordination, balance and agility to advanced matchplay and tactics.
Also at the Union Club, a Wilson 'play and test' activity was held in the afternoons. All available sessions were booked by a variety of squash enthusiasts, most of whom trying the sport for the first time.
Players received advice and tuition from Lake while testing the latest Wilson rackets.
In a statement, Malta Squash said they appreciated the Union Club's assistance and are looking to co-operating even further in future to develop junior squash.
