The school of St Joseph the Worker, in Marsa is the only state school which has had to delay its re-opening on Monday as a result of damage from the storms.

The Education Ministry said that damage at all the other schools had been made good and they would open as normal.

The Marsa school will open on Wednesday to welcome 211 students, with work continuing today and tomorrow.
