Sunrise Travel Ltd, the Labour Party`s travel agency, is to halt operations following a decision by its shareholders, chairman Jimmy Magro said.

He said the business was no longer considered part of the main functions of the shareholders` commercial activity.

The company, he said, would be honouring all its existing obligations towards clients.
