Education Minister Louis Galea said yesterday that there was no obligation for school children using school transport to have supervision by adults except for the case of children with special needs. He told Mr Carmelo Abela (MLP) in reply to a parliamentary question that whenever there had been transport supervision, this was organised by parents through school councils.
