Middlesea Valletta Life offered its support to the Malta Special Olympics contingent by sponsoring the travel insurance of 38 team members participating in the Special Olympics Summer Games held in Sardinia.

Presenting the travel insurance policy to Special Olympics Malta chairman Paul Micallef, Middlesea Valletta Life general manager David G. Curmi stressed the importance of supporting people with disability and of encouraging an inclusive society.

Malta's Special Olympics team members also participate in a number of cross-border games to test for themselves the results of their hard work.

Special Olympics boasts members in 160 countries and 1.5 million athletes who train daily to create change in their world.
