The bomb disposal unit of the Armed Forces of Malta was called in after a suspicious package was spotted outside the office door of Gatt, Frendo & Tufigno Advocates in Old Bakery Street, Valletta.

The package turned out to be nothing but brown paper wrapped in tape but nobody was taking any chances and the employees informed the police who, in turn, called at army personnel at about 11 a.m.
