I regularly commute to my office via the Salina coast road and recently I thought some badly needed maintenance was finally being made to both sides of the road from Kennedy Grove to the salt pans area.

However, before this maintenance was done, everyone knew where the holes were and could avoid them; now we have no choice but drive over 14 bumps on each side of the road due to the bad joining up of the new stretches, which have supposedly replaced the bumpy parts, to the parts that remained. If Route 66 had been constructed in this way, it would have become famous for the wrong reasons!
