Taxi drivers' shelter

Allow me to draw the attention of whoever is responsible to the rather shabby shelter that has been constructed for the drivers of white taxis stationed at the Strand, opposite the Magic Kiosk in Sliema.

Whether the construction was approved by the authorities is another matter. However, mainly because of the particular area of this station, it goes without saying that this shelter, which is undoubtedly needed and an asset to the drivers, should be constructed by professionals and in a professional manner. It is quite an eyesore! Could the Sliema local council, or the pertinent authority, take this matter up as early as possible please?

The Sliema residents and tourists agree that a "clean-up" is necessary. The public clock above this shelter also needs someone's attention, other than the numerous passers-by. What time did you say it was?
